As a senior living professional, I recently had the opportunity to visit Rose Senior Living Beachwood and was very impressed with the experience. Throughout my visit, the managers I met were welcoming, kind, and took the time to stop and introduce themselves while Kathy was showing me around. Kathy did an excellent job leading the tour and seemed to know everyone by name, which speaks to the strong sense of community and personal connection within the residence. The first time I visited Rose Senior Living Beachwood the staff was friendly, welcoming, warm, caring, and helpful. After 15 months they still are. The facility is cheerful, modern, bright, and well-maintained.  Seasonal decorations make the interior festive and colorful. The rooms are spacious and airy with large windows that allow plenty of sunlight. The family activities such as Family Fun Night, the Black and White Bash, and Memory Care Family and Friendsgiving are fun and enjoyable. My mother lives in the Memory Care area of Rose and both of us are pleased with the care she receives. We take advantage of the numerous medical services available. I have spent a good deal of time in the Memory Care area during meals and a variety of activities. I am pleasantly pleased to see the aides attend to the particular concerns of each resident with respect to food, care, and mobility. All of the staff in Memory Care are invaluable! My wife has been in the Memory Care Unit for over a year, and I am grateful for the compassionate care and attention she receives. I just toured the Community today, and Im just in aww of the professionalism I encountered.  Beyond the building being aesthecially pleasing, the customer service was amazing Kathy walked me through the Community, and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them Lol. She was so patient, and understanding, I also meet the Executive Director Shaunda Greys who went above and beyond to let me know that my mother will be a priority at the facility. Hi, lived upstate NY for about a year. Started to have problems with my balance and fell a couple of times  so my sister said I needed to be closer to family. We started to look for  an independent place to live. Rose Senior Living was the first place on the internet. What I like was the size of the rooms and the large appliances. Yo estoy muy contenta y de vivir aquí en esta comunidad. Temía. U Holanda e cambio pero yo me adapto pronto  a los cambios aunque me ocurren mucho momentos de nostalgia por  los muchos familiares , vecinos y amigos que deje en Puerto Rico. El país de mi madre, ., donde pase 60 años.  El cambio  no me afectó en todo lo de as.  Aqui encontré excelentes amigos, persona encantadoras que me saludan con cariño y amabilidad.. Yo no los entiendo bien y muchas veces nada, ellos tratan de repetirm para que yo entienda pero muchas veces me + quedo con la mente en blanco,  .De formas yo doy gracias a Dios por haberme  dirigido hast este  lugar donde yo capto mucho amor!

I have been a resident of Rose for almost a year and I am really happy with the new culinary and dining room staff of Michael, Walter and Emily who are so impressive. I am also impressed with Schonda, Jessica, Tiffany, Anastasia, Sharon and most of the others. This is a very fine group of quality employees.
